Refund and Withdrawal Policy
At Trace-360, we are committed to providing excellent service for cyber security tools and ensuring customer satisfaction. To maintain transparency and provide clarity, the following outlines our Refund, Withdrawal, and Tax policies for all customers utilizing our services.
Trace-360 Refund Amount
Subscription Plans & Pricing
- Free Plan: ₹0/-
- Hacker Plan: ₹999/-
- Enterprise Plan: ₹9,999/-
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:
- Payment Deducted but Account Not Activated: If your payment is deducted but your subscription is not activated, we will process a full refund. You must provide valid proof of payment (transaction ID, receipt, or bank statement).
- Duplicate Payment: If a duplicate charge occurs, we will refund the excess amount.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 working days after verification.
- The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used.
Non-Refundable Cases
- No refunds will be provided if the subscription is successfully activated and used.
- Refunds are not applicable for user dissatisfaction after service activation.

Subscription Model Refund
Non-Refundable
All subscription payments made for access to our cyber security tools and services are non-refundable. Once the payment is processed, no refund will be issued for the subscription amount under any circumstances.
Service Availability
If a subscribed service is unavailable due to technical issues or maintenance on our end, we will either extend the subscription period to compensate for the downtime or provide a partial refund for the specific period the service was unavailable.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for the current subscription period, but your subscription will not auto-renew.
API Call Refund
Non-Refundable
Payments for API calls or related services are non-refundable.
Invalid Charges
If there is an error or issue causing invalid charges on your account, we will review the situation and issue a refund for the incorrect charge. This will apply only to erroneous or fraudulent API calls made by the system or incorrect data provided by Trace-360.
Excess Charges
In the event of charges that exceed the expected usage (e.g., due to overage or misconfiguration), no refunds will be provided. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor their usage and make necessary adjustments.
Refund Process
Request Submission
To request a refund, you must submit a written request to our customer support team via email at support@trace-360.com within 7 days of the service failure or issue.
Review Process
Our team will review your request and investigate the reason for the refund request. This may take up to 10 business days.
Approval/Denial
If the refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of the original transaction.
Refund Limitations
Refunds will only be issued for specific charges related to service unavailability or errors in the system. No refunds will be provided for subscription fees or API calls that were used properly or in accordance with the terms of service.
Withdrawal Policy
Minimum Withdrawal Amount
The minimum amount for withdrawal is ₹10,000. Customers wishing to withdraw any funds from their balance must have a minimum of ₹10,000 available in their account.
Platform Tax
A 10% platform tax will be deducted from the total withdrawal amount. For example, if you request a withdrawal of ₹10,000, the tax will be ₹1,000, and you will receive ₹9,000. This tax is applicable on all withdrawal requests.
Requesting Withdrawal
To initiate a withdrawal, users must submit a request through the appropriate channel (via the customer portal or email). Once the request is processed, withdrawals will typically be completed within 5-7 business days.
Processing Fees
Any additional processing fee for the withdrawal (if applicable) will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.
Withdrawal Limits
There may be limits to the amount that can be withdrawn at once, based on your account status or our internal policies. These limits will be communicated to you in advance.
API Deposit Amount
Minimum API Deposit
To access our API services, the minimum deposit required is ₹500. This amount is necessary to activate API usage and ensure access to the tools and services provided.
Deposit Process
After depositing the minimum required amount, your account will be credited, and you can begin utilizing the API services. If additional funds are required for continued usage, you will be notified.
Exceptions
Force Majeure
In cases of service disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government actions), Trace-360 will review each case individually to determine whether a refund or compensation is applicable.
Trial Periods
If you are on a free trial, you are not entitled to any refund, as no charges are made during the trial period.
